In this 60 minute Introductory Session you will sit down with your Thrive Coach in person or through Skype. Through the questions your coach asks, together you’ll define your goals and the challenges that could stand in your way. Then you’ll outline the steps you’ll need to take to achieve those goals.

You may choose to work with your coach for a period of a few weeks, months or longer. The time frame depends on how often you meet and what you’re hoping to accomplish.

Thrive Coaching is a one-to-one consultation service that focuses on helping you explore life’s big questions within a personal or professional context. We believe that exploring such issues with the help of a coach can be an illuminating tool in maximising our potential and becoming the best we can be.

What is Life Coaching?

A Life Coach will help you to feel motivated about making positive changes in your life and give you the tools to reach your personal goals. You will work with your life coach to establish firstly, where you are struggling, identify any blocks that have been holding you back, and then focus on relevant that will help you make necessary changes and move forward. We will then put an ‘action plan’ together, highlighting all your goals and achievable time frames and implement strategies for you to achieve those goals.

With this coaching structure in place, you’ll be continually focusing your attention on what you really want and how to achieve it. Although your coach will be there during your journey it is essential that you are serious about making changes. You will need to make the commitment to setting your personal goals and doing the best you can to achieve them so that you can progress. You decide what you want, why you want it, and how you can achieve it and your coach will provide the time, space, structure and support you need to get there.
